Q: What materials do you use for your T-shirts?
Our T-shirts are made from high-quality cotton fabrics, selected for comfort, durability, and print performance.
Q: Do you offer custom or POD (Print-on-Demand) designs?
Yes. We provide POD/customized prints on selected products. You can upload your design or choose from our artist collection.
Q: Will the print fade or crack?
We use advanced digital printing technology to ensure long-lasting color and clarity. With proper care, the print will stay in good condition.
Q: Do you have a size guide?
Yes. Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the best fit.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
Standard processing takes 3–7 business days. Delivery time varies by destination, usually 7–15 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping rates and times are shown at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your package is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns?
For non-custom standard products, returns are accepted for quality issues only.
For POD/customized items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing or quality defect.
Q: What qualifies as a quality issue?
Defective printing, damaged fabric, wrong size sent, or production errors.
Q: How do I request a return?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include order details and photos of the issue.
Orders & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other Shopify-supported methods.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 7 hours. Custom orders cannot be changed after production begins.
Image Upload Disclaimer
(For Custom / POD Products)
By uploading an image or artwork to our platform, you agree to the following:
You confirm that you own the rights to the image you submit, or that you have obtained full legal permission from the copyright or trademark holder.
You accept full responsibility for any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from the content you provide.
You acknowledge that we reserve the right to decline or cancel any design that appears to involve:
Copyrighted artwork
Logos or brand trademarks
Celebrity portraits or third-party likenesses
Licensed characters, symbols, or protected visuals
You understand that we act only as a production service, and we do not verify or guarantee the legality of user-submitted content.
If a dispute or infringement claim occurs, you agree to hold us harmless and take full liability as the original uploader.
By completing your upload or placing an order containing your artwork, you confirm that your submission does not violate any copyright, trademark, or portrait rights.
Bulk Orders & Cooperation
Q: Do you support bulk or group orders?
Yes, we offer bulk pricing and custom services for studios, brands, events, or teams.
Q: Can we collaborate for brand drops or capsule collections?
Yes! Contact us for co-branded projects or artist partnerships.
ABOUT CUSTOMIZE
Non-Quality Issues (No Return/Exchange)
Due to the personalized nature of customized products, non-quality issues (e.g., wrong size chosen by customer, personal preference) are not eligible for return or exchange.
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
❌ Custom products with personalized names, text, images, or graphics
❌ Changes of mind regarding color, style, or design
❌ Order cancellation after production has started
❌ Damage caused by improper washing, handling, or use
❌ Incorrect size selection by the customer (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
All POD items are produced on demand and cannot be restocked or resold, so returns for non-quality issues are not accepted.
Quality Issues (Return/Exchange/Remake Allowed)
If the product has defects such as damage, stains, significant color difference, print peeling/cracking/misalignment, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt with clear photos or videos.
If you receive an item with any of the following defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence:
✅ Misaligned, incorrect, or missing print
✅ Wrong size, color, or product delivered
✅ Major stains, holes, damage, or printing defects
✅ Severe damage during shipping
Depending on the issue, we may provide:
✅ A free replacement
✅ A refund without return
✅ Store credit or discount for a new order
Once confirmed as a quality issue, we will provide return, exchange, or remake services and cover the shipping costs.
Mismatch with Order
Because each custom item is made individually based on your uploaded artwork or selected design, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons. However, if your order arrives with an issue caused by us, we’ll take responsibility.
🔁 If the product does NOT match your order (e.g.):
Wrong print or misplaced design
Incorrect size, color, or style shipped
Printing orientation or position errors
Design missing or significantly misaligned
👉 Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Include:
Your order number
Photos of the problem (front/back details)
A brief description
We will review and provide a replacement or refund depending on the case.
Logistics Issues
We work with reliable carriers, but delays or transit issues can still occur. Here’s how we handle it:
🚚 If tracking shows lost, stuck, or undelivered:
Contact us with your order number.
We’ll help check the logistics status with the carrier.
If confirmed lost or undeliverable, we can resend or refund.
📦 If the package arrives damaged:
Take photos of the external packaging + product.
Send them to us within 48 hours.
We’ll arrange compensation or a remake.
⏱️ Shipping delays:
Weather, customs, or high-volume seasons may affect transit time.
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, reach out and we’ll assist with a solution.
📍 Wrong address provided by customer:
If the address was filled incorrectly by the customer and leads to delivery failure, reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

🎨 1. Where do your designs come from?
Our graphics are created by artists we collaborate with—illustrators, digital creators, painters, and visual storytellers. Every piece is officially cleared before production.
©️ 2. Who owns the rights to the artwork?
All artworks are protected by copyright. The rights belong to the artist or our brand based on the licensing agreement. Customers are not allowed to reproduce, resell, or use the artwork commercially without permission.
🔥 3. Are these limited collections?
Many of our designs are artist drops, capsules, or small-batch runs. Once sold out, they might not return—unless the artist chooses to re-release.
🤝 4. Do artists get paid or credited?
Always. We respect each creator’s work through royalties, licensing fees, or revenue sharing. Giving artists visibility and value is part of our DNA.
🖼️ 5. Can I buy the artwork by itself?
No digital files, posters, or standalone prints are available for now. All artworks are created exclusively for our apparel and select physical products.
✏️ 6. Can I ask for custom edits to an artwork?
We don’t modify artist pieces for custom requests. If you need a personalized print, please refer to our custom upload service instead.
📲 7. Can I feature or repost the designs online?
Sharing is cool—as long as it's for non-commercial use and the artist/brand is credited. Downloading, printing, or selling the artwork without permission is not allowed.
🔄 8. Will there be new artist collaborations?
Definitely. We update our roster regularly and curate new drops across different styles, cultures, and aesthetics.
📩 9. I’m an artist—can I collaborate with you?
Yes. You can send us your portfolio or social links via email or DM. If your style fits our vibe, our team will reach out.
⛔ 10. What happens when a design is discontinued?
Most designs won’t be restocked unless there’s a new collaboration phase or special release approved by the artist.
After-Sales Policy for Artworks Printed Apparel
Artworks Return & Exchange Policy
(For Artist Collaboration & Limited Edition Prints)
Because our Artworks pieces are created through exclusive collaborations with independent artists and often produced in limited quantities, the return policy for these items is slightly different from our standard products:
🛑 No Returns or Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues
All Artworks apparel and accessories are final sale once purchased. We do not accept returns or size exchanges for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Wrong size selection
Style/color preference
Personal taste differences
Please review size charts, product details, and care instructions before placing your order.
✅ Returns Accepted Only for Quality Problems
We will provide a replacement or refund only if the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect or print quality issue, such as:
Damage during production
Major misprint, discoloration, or ink problem
Torn, stained, or clearly flawed upon arrival
To process a quality-related return:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number + clear photos of the issue.
Our team will assess and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
🚫 Unauthorized Reproduction = No Return
Since all Artworks belong to the original creators under licensing agreements, any unauthorized copying, DIY modifications, resale attempts, or digital extraction of the artwork voids all return rights immediately.
🎨 Limited Editions & Artist Rights
Some designs are seasonal, limited-run, or may not be restocked. If a replacement is not available due to sold-out inventory, we may issue a refund or store credit instead.
📦 Shipping Costs
For quality-related returns, we will cover the return shipping or provide a new item directly.
For any non-quality reason, shipping fees are non-refundable.
