Due to the personalized nature of customized products, non-quality issues (e.g., wrong size chosen by customer, personal preference) are not eligible for return or exchange.
If modification is required, we may provide a paid remake service.
Mismatch with Order
If the actual print, color, or text does not match the confirmed design proof, we will remake the item for free or issue a refund.
