After-Sales Policy for Customized Printed Apparel
Quality Issues (Return/Exchange/Remake Allowed)
If the product has defects such as damage, stains, significant color difference, print peeling/cracking/misalignment, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt with clear photos or videos.
Once confirmed as a quality issue, we will provide return, exchange, or remake services and cover the shipping costs.
Non-Quality Issues (No Return/Exchange)
Due to the personalized nature of customized products, non-quality issues (e.g., wrong size chosen by customer, personal preference) are not eligible for return or exchange.
If modification is required, we may provide a paid remake service.
Mismatch with Order
If the actual print, color, or text does not match the confirmed design proof, we will remake the item for free or issue a refund.
Logistics Issues
If the package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact customer service immediately. We will assist in communicating with the courier company for resolution.
